I have been very disappointed with Citizens Bank. They now charge $10 for every day that we have to use the overdraft account. We don't use it much anymore, but would be nice to know we aren't going to get hit with $10 each time. They even froze my overdraft account WITHOUT NOTICE because a payment hadn't been made to the small balance on the overdraft for one of our less active accounts (most of that business has been moved elsewhere). Could they not send an email? I always thought they just pull the minimum payment... They pull money out of my account already, why not for that?
They also clear outgoing funds in a given day, before clearing incoming funds, so as to use the overdraft account any time they can. Not nice Citizens!
Two years ago I would have given them an A. Now they get a failing grade with Bank of America (the bank we left for them). We will be leaving them shortly.
