I made a payment to Buyer Credit on 7/5 for July and on 7/28 made a payment for August. They put both on July and put a 39.95 late charge on without any contact with me, I got the late charge removed but they say they can't redo the 7/28 payment to August and want a double payment. Only 1 of the 4 ladies I talked 2 was easy to understand. I am on disability and do not have extra money to remake a payment I already made. I guess it's God Bless America since big business is sending all our jobs overseas.
