D/b/a commonwealth marketing group apennsylvania credit corporation usa benefits ripped me for $49.95

I went to the bank to withdraw 25.00 only to find out that usa benefits had withdrawn electronically 49.95. I am appealing it with my bank and plan to take the rip off report up there and let them read all 4 pages. This has been driving me nuts trying to get a hold of these people.
