Ecieved the email and approval certifcate by mail, sending the $39 before leaving for europe, the card not yet arriving so put friends in charge of mailing it to me as its difficult to contact the company from here at last they tried to call for me continuously as my email messages became more urgent, and i ran out of money. Now after looking this up i am in europe, with no money waiting for a card that is not going to save me finacially from this large and unexpected problem
