When I received my statement, my account balance was incorrect.By the time I got the situation straightened out, it was the due date for the current billing cycle.
I called customer service to ask to have a new bill sent to me, with a later billing date, but they would not do that. I would have paid the minimum due at that time over the phone, but the wanted to charge me $10 to pay by phone! Ridiculous!
After much hassle I was going to eat the $10 service charge to pay by phone, but they couldn't even guarantee me that I wouldn't be charged a late fee. Even though I was paying over the phone on the due date AND they were charging me a $10 service fee.
In addition to this outragous financial penalty that cannot or would not be waved by the company - I was told by a service rep. That no one had the authority to waive the fee - the customer service representatives were rude. One rep. Refused to get here supervisor, and another spoke to me like I was some kind of idiot. I'm considering a law suit - I am infuriated!
