I was calling the customer service number provided on the Care Credit website to inquire about my promotional balance I viewed online so I could pay off my credit card. The lady on the phone was yelling in my ear and talking to me like a 5yr old because I was trying to understand the difference between the amount from the promotional balance and the new balance. After I told her that she was yelling at me, she quickly denied it and continued to yell at me. I quickly ended the conversation, paid the full amount online and am now considering closing my account because I am tainted by her rude demeaning behavior.
