Dovenmuehle Mortgage has committed a deliberate heinous act against a helpless handicapped woman. I am speaking on behalf of Lila Canvelle. After subcoming to paralysis to a series of strokes, Lila became disabled and unable to work. She had a house built by her husband customized with accomodations to fit her needs. They had problems paying their mortgage due to medical expenses and lack of employment.
Dovenmuehle sent a deceptive letter disguising itself as the Michigan State Housing and Development Authority in March telling her how they could help her! This can't be legal! The house was sold at a foreclosure sale on May 22. Lila and her husband knew nothing about the sale until they got a rude knock at the door by a person who handed Tim, her husband, a summons. Now the purchaser wants her out! Because of Dovenmuehle's unethical, illegal, scamming practices, Lila, who is severely handicapped will have no place to go. See this story
