With 3 month left to pay off a 20 year mortgage, Matrix Financial proceeded with a foreclosure suit against me. They sent back our last 3 payment and said they wanted our property. Matrix Financial then added 3 false enteries on my credit report as foreclosures, as a way of being malicious and revengeful.
Is this how a 20 year customer is to be treated? Their attorneys decided to settle out of court for zero money and have provided me with the property Deed and the Title Opinion. The attorneys claimed it was a big mix-up with their accounting department and that our credit report will be corrected.
Dovenmuehle Mortgage then aquired Matrix Financial. I have contacted Dovenmuehle about the false entries but only get a run around from this department and that department. I have spoken to and been lied to by Norma Applewhite, Brett Pemoller, and Billie Salinas to name a few.
They refuse to correct this situation. They will not let me talk to William Mynatt, President of the firm, for they screen his calls.in purchasing Matrix Financial, Dovenmuehle Mortgage should do the right thing in maintaining and conducting reputable business practices.instead, the rip-off fraud goes on, only under a different name: Dovenmuehle Mortgage, Inc., located in Lake Zurich, Illinois
