Our bank contacted us to say that Platinum Online Group attempted to illegally take $99.49 out of our savings account. We were lucky as my husband only gets paid once a month so our account was empty. We have to now change our account because they hacked our personal information. They are such a bad company they won't even give you an email address, phone number or anything. From all I've looked up, these scammers have been stealing money for years. They need to be STOPPED!!! They can't keep doing this!!!
