Rip-off PLATINUM ONLINE GROUP -SAVINGS PAYS 99 uses fraud and deception to steal funds from bank accounts. The ripoff is compounded by the cover-up customer service phone number which just provides false information and empty promises that someone will call you back.- all lies!
I have filed a fraud claim at my bank regarding the $99.49 unauthorized withdrawal they took from my bank account and take from many other peoples' bank accounts.
I have discovered several dozen similar complaints regarding this business, and I am wondering if we can start a class action lawsuit against them?
Since this company operates accross state lines and is ripping off FDIC covered banks, this seems to be a violation of the interstate commerice laws and a Federal offence.
I also believe that since this business also uses a seperate web site and business to misdirect the ripped off people ("yourcustomerserviceonline.com") that this is clearly an organized operation - which seem to meet the criminal description of organized crime under the Rico Act.
I fell that anyone and everyone working for this business in any way is a thief and criminal who should be prosecuted in Federal court.
