I was switched to Santander in August.in April I got a phone call from a repo man stating I hadn't made my car payments and he was going to take my car. Right away I got on the phone and called Santander they stated that my car payments for April and July were not made. So to keep my car from being taken by the repo man, I payed them $534.00. I went that Monday to my bank got proof of my payments made to Santander April and July faxed all the information to them the same day. Called Santander 2 hours later to check if they had gotten the faxes, indeed they had and the woman on the phone witch whom didn’t give me a name our a idea # of any sort, had told me that I wouldn’t have to make a car payment till July 1st 2011. I asked for a up dated statement and a written letter stating I didn’t have to make my payment till July 1st 2011.

I just got the statement and no letter June 26th almost 3 months later. They have been calling me every day since. Saying I'm 2 months behind on payments. When I was a head because of their mess-up. Also there collectors calling on my car loan have lied to me. One woman had said, when I had called and asked for a manger that she was a manager, and I said okay I know these calls are recorded and then she said I’m not a manager. Why do these people think, I'm going to just give them more of my money when their employees can’t even tell the truth. This is very worry sum to me that a company with the name USA in it is dealing with their customers this way.
