I closed an agreement with critical funds 10/05. I had been not satisfied with there providers. There protection office all messed up and cause us to jump inspections once they withheld over $10,000 due to a big deal. Your bank was the first to notify us that people were from funds not the credit card merchant organization. Then as we called the cost organization it took them so long to determine they were to blame and lastly release the finances. Therefore because they've done this many times, we chose to cancel and visit a new organization. Comprehending that i had been told that there is no cancellation feeis i changed. I named critical to send a copy of my contract and so i might make sure for no charges... And there are none stated on the agreement. I change processors in january. I terminated our handling with critical in march. Subsequently in june without notice they got $2133.86. I named 3 x and asked to get a copy of the arrangement... They sent the agreement three times. Although not once did they send me a copy of the terms. I've been told that it's in the terms hidden with in a particular section. Our problem is the vendor ought to be held responsible for the cancellation fees if they're not prepared to print them on the website sign contract type. If there repetition. Didn't say there is a charge when we called into cancel they didn't mention something... They should be held accountable.
