I would like to start by 1st apologizes for that lenth of the criticism to all audiences. I requested this ultimately free hair treatment system 4/8. Obtained it 4/13 & was unsatified t / the outcomes (because it did nothing). 4/15 I sent the organization to tell them that I'd be returning it & desired a complete reimbursement as suggested within their merchandise promise outlined on the site w/d to be able to rtn the merchandise you have to 1st contact the organization & get an agreement number. 4/15 rec'd a contact back t / an agreement signal telling me to send the prduct back again to "Usa Manufacturing Inc. Factory Loading Dock Region. 2025 Esat Linden Ave. Linden NJ 07036". I shipped the merchandise back exactly the same week. W/d I had been conscious in the site that it'd get approximately 3-4 wks to get a reimbursement I merely waited for that rtn. After no rtn I approached the company on 5/9 & spoke w / rep "Amy" whom stated that the product was rec'd on 4/29/11& that it would take 3-4wks ro refund back on the card that I applied. 6/6 I called again after no refund and talked again t / exactly the same repetition "Amy" whom again shows me the item was rec'd 4/29 but no day was established to get a return. She subsequently tolbe me that she didn't manage discounts but that she'd deliver a note towards the reimbursement department to facilitate the handling my reimbursement and explained to check on back 24 hours later. Well I Didnt chk back the following day but I did so approximately 1 wk later. 6/15 after nevertheless no refund I called back & this time around talked n / repetition "Jackie" whom allegedly updated my document and posted another request my reimbursement. Repetition Jackie also described in my experience that she might just e-mail the refund department t/d there is no telephone numbers to wherever they may be approached / or in a position to move my phone to ensure that I couls talk t / them concerning my reimbursement. 6/20 I called the company again t/d I still don't have any reimbursement & once more talked n / exactly the same repetition "Jackie" whom states that she'd again publish a mt reimbursement as she rec'd no reaction in the reimbursement department in the 5days previous when she posted the first demand himself. I questioned Jackie for that e-mail (because there is no #) to ensure that I really could email them individually concerning this issue. Repetition Jackie gave me the e-mail "[email protected]". I've since sent the organization & have experienced no chance. This really is absurd & I'm furious. The corporation preaches on its complete cash back guarantee after which reneges on its guarantee to its clients. But Im not don't yet. I'll be calling the organization again today via mail and telephone (after I'm completed composing this criticism). I'm also likely to the BBB with this organization. I requested the product hoping of it operating, paid $99.95 duty S&H & today they dont wish to provide me back my 99.95. No, this really is not at all the finish of these reading from me. Once more I actually do apologize for that lenthiness of the criticism but I'd like all to understand just whats happening and also the repetitions that I've voiced t/d that alone is unusual (since when would you contact a business and constantly talk t/exactly the same repetition).
