Fairbank's Capital foreclosed illegally on our home. They charged us enormouse lawyer fees. Worked out forbearance with us, but in the meantime would not accept our payments.
So 2 months became 3-4 months depending on who you got to work with you. They told me that I needed $300.00 exta a month to be able to work out a forbearance. So I rented a room for $325.00 a month. And that took me 3 days.
I called and told them I had the extra income as they requested. But then they turned around and said that wasn't enough. I asked how could that be, and he said they leave 2% of that total. I asked him to explain and he said the same thing. I told him I didn't understand, but he said the same thing. I still don't understand to this day.
So finally I gave up and said yea you don't want to take all my money, but you want to take my home. Then I said this is a bunch of crap and you are stealing my home. They haven't heard the last of me. We need to put them out of business and get our homes back. Someway the Goverment needs to open up a fund for us to be able to buy our homes back.
