The interest rates are very high - in my case 29.99%.in this time of not having empolyment or people on unemployment - if it has not run out - this rate is outrageous! Yes the collection person states that they can not do a thing about the rate - well maybe John Doe can. I can not see how you can see your self clear, other than refinancing, if you are lucky. I have set up payments on line and I continue to receive collection calls, for the next PAYMENT! These calls are not from colletors from the US, but are collectors highered abroad.
I am not stopping here - I will find a city or federal government agency to report this interest rate!
