Bill Me Later
Harassed for six months over an item that was returned

After years of shopping at Ace Hardware, I will never return to or use Bill Me Later, which their website is tied to. For 6 months Bill Me Later hounded us with phone calls and letters wanting money for merchandise that the Ace Hardware store cashiers had taken back. We called many times and mailed in receipts as proof, and they are still completely unreasonable.
