Pretty nasty, well for those of you out there dealing with people like I am dealing with, research your state laws with regards to residential lending, you would be amazed at what is on your side. As for these two, please advoid them at all costs, both seem to be good at "fraud", and because one has a license, as an attorney that makes him that much more dangerous, although not too informed.
