Dan Buxton of Canton, Ohio was a real estate investment educator and worked with Chuck Smith in 2005.
I attended one of Chuck's seminars in March in Cleveland.
After a day of teaching, I met with Dan Buxton and he offered me 15% a year on our IRA's... (we were told... Guaranteed and backed up by real estate). We could not lose he said.
Well we did... Dan took our money and ran.
I have tracked him down to his new company which we probably financed for him.

Dan was an expert in trusts and hid all our money in various unenforceable trusts.
So we lost our money to this small version of Bernie Madoff.
Folks steer clear of this fast talking HUCKSTER.
