Named again to verify terminated purchase was informed the impending chgs were my issue and also to contact my lender. Very hard to create connection with Genie Bra "Customer Service" individual, was a Call-Center - equally contact occasions individuals were of Indian language having a "processed" reaction, reluctant to hear and might proceed no more than "Mam, your purchase was terminated".
