I've two car loans with Americredit. Our first criticism is the fact that I can't trust them to credit a check by email in a regular way... Consequently I don't understand WHENEVER to send them a check. Easily send the check seven days before my due date it's like playing european roulette, it might make it from the due date of course if it's prior to the due date they procedure it instantly (I RESIDE SALARY TO INCOME AND CANNOT HAVE THAT OCCUR); OR it gets there overdue plus they add a late demand onto it even when it had been just two or three times after dark deadline. EASILY spend by telephone or online I'm billed a $5.00 charge. They're continuously receiving me significantly more than I owe them EACH TIME.
Second Problem: After I bought the 2nd vehicle they created my deadline about the 15th (I purchased the vehicle about the 18th so that they back-dated the loan)... I told them I really couldnot make funds on that evening and requested them to please allow it to be exactly the same evening as my other vehicle loan. They declined and also have today produced an intense difficulty on me, it's like they're placing me up for disappointment.
They're rude and unhelpful about the telephone. Anything must be achieved about that organization as well as their deceptive methods for getting more income than is owed.
