Chase Colby was paid 2,000 dollars by me to do a loan modification on my mortgage to help me stay in my home, with my wife who dosent work and 3 kids. They cashed my check and never did the modification, stopped returning my calls, and then turned there phones off, never to be heard from again in result i lost my home and had to declare bankruptcy, these people need to pay for what they have done to many victims as well as my self
