Received a notice declaring that I had been successful of the 2011 Client Payment Lottery Draw. Surrounded using the notice was a phony cashier's seek advice from a USbank emblem onto it. This counterfiet cashier's check was published on an inkjet printer. The ink smears whenever you place water onto it. The notice desired me to contact a Mr. Randy Morrison.
