CCS provided "free"30day trial services, a payment security benefit and a credit protection shield. I notified them in writing (as they requested) to cancel those services on January 20. My checking account was debited 199.98 on February 1. (99.99 for each service). I promptly called CSC on February 3 with my complaint aboutthe illegal debit. I was put on hold to 35 minutes then transferred to several people who all told me they had no letter and could do nothing about refunding my money. I continued to call the company back and was finally to a person from "conflict resolution" would be calling me back. No one has ever called back or attempted to resolve my complaint.
