Company has voilated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Their people are rude. I have never entered into any contract with this firm nor have I ever authorized or entered into any contracts with any of their clients. I have attained counsil for the law voilations as well I have made contact with the attorney generals office and the BBB of Upstate NY
