My fiance' received a collection letter last month from this company ara: has an outstanding balance of $11056.84 says credit acceptance corp and original account# from cac: funny thing is we have a current vehicle loan w / credit acceptance so i am very surprised to have received this. I called today and left a message for mark farmer @ ext 3402.. We are disputing the validity of this, at first my fiance was thinking his exwife had purchased a vehicle and forged his name on the contract, but still, if he had an outstanding repossession w / credit acceptance, we would not have a current loan w/them: very confused
