Reporting Incorrect information to the credit burea and refused to correct it

I am working on a file that has a collection of an old Citibank account that Arrow Financial now has. The dates have been changed, the DLA is wrong. They are reporting DLA as 07 and it should be early 1997. The Balance is 14,853.00, $7889.00 more than $6964 high credit being shown. I am a Mortgage broker. I often have to get files updated and corrected and get dups off. I have been trying to get this file corrected and the credit agency I am working with has submitted four times to get corrected info. They (ARROW) say all they have is the info since they obtained the file. Liars

I reported them to the FTC and the Attorney Generals Office today. The lady I spoke with filed the report against them for purposely reporting incorrect information.

I think these Arrow people are trained to NOT obey the law.
