How to quickly resolve your issue with Arrow Financial is to file a complaint with the Attorney General's Office in Illinois. Go to www.IllinoisAttorneyGeneral. Gov and they have a form online you can fill out and print and mail.
I mailed the form, and faxed a copy to Arrow Financial at 847-647-1215 and I received responses immediately. My account was deleted, and the inquiry was removed from my credit report. You must fax a copy to Arrow so they know what you have done. The legal department contacted me immediately and handled the issue.
