Convicted of Bogus Check and steals credit cards

Jeffery J. Belle pretends to be always a PhD and an doctor. He's neither. He attends chapel, prays and takes on the regular schedule. He lent money to purchase a Mercedes, then never created just one cost. He's a liar along with a crook. Atleast 2 ladies are dropping their houses due to him. He picks Christians, since he is able to acquire their confidence easier.
