I'm an auditor of Company-Backed 401 (e) Ideas. 8 of our customers utilize Fidelity Investments/Fidelity Institional Businesses Providers/Fidelity Retirement Providers as their Recordkeeper/Custodian/Trustee. The support they offer is completely terrible, and totally inappropriate. I keep obtaining the run around from Connection Administrators, Review Assistance Point, Screening & Reporting Providers, and Tech Support Team. It would appear that one division moves the dollar to a different division to ensure that no body needs to take fault and really admit having this type of mismanaged, terrible organization and support.
I'll tell-all my customers to not utilize Fidelity at any price.
