When I questioned Ryan, at Wachovia, about an NSF charge on a checking account, he couldn't see why it was there as the day by day balances indicated all funds were sufficient. I asked him if he would credit it back to the account BUT, he would not as he said it wasn't the banks error... Though he could not adequately explain the charge.
This was AFTER I told him that I was expecting a wire transfer into the account for $263,000.
I said I wanted to then close the account. He tacked on an additional $6 fee for some crazy thing he tried to explain.
I'll never do business with them or wells fargo (they're changing their name to w.G.)
Think about it, he wouldn't credit the $35 charge even though he knew Wachovia would NOT get the $263,000 cash wire in. I wonder what the bank manager would have done. At least Ryan got his power ego stroked... By himself.
