I applied for a cash advance but decided it wasn't worth it so I did not submit the approved application. On April 19 a charge of 149.95 was deducted from my bank account. I was on the phone for 2 hours with this company and finally got my bank involved.
USA CREDIT dialed a number which was to be a representative of my bank while I was on the line.
My bank said that the money was not deducted so usa credit said I had to call them back after 48 hrs to reapply for the refund of 114.00 (35.00 application fee).
I then called my bank again and I decided to give USCREDIT that number to call while I was on the phone. That call was on the up and up. We did get it straightened out however I have to wait 72 hours for my money minus $35.00.
As a lesson, just review all the complaints against this company. All of these people lost $35.00, this is a lowly way for a company to make money.
