Look up Oxford Home Mortgage on the CT Secretary of State website and you will see that he HAS NO LICENSE to have anything to do with mortgages. This man is a scammer who steals peoples money for nothing. He also has no license to do modifications as required by law. I know that many people are teaming up to report him to the Banking Dept. As well as the Mortgage Fraud Task Force.
