This is a very sick man. I personally worked on over 50 files for mortgage modifications and was very successful in getting loan modifications done. I was promised 50% commission but after months of hard work, when the money finally started pouring in, Don created a hostile work environment and I was locked out of the office and he kept all my commission money.
I have 2 small children I must provide for and this has created a huge burden for my family. Don also masquerades as an attorney and habitually signs loan documents as "Mark Nash, Esq." pawning himself off as a member of the CT. Bar association... A lawyer. This is felonious behavior punishable by serious jail time.
All I asked is for Don Troiano to pay me what he owes me and he refuses so I have no other option but to file this report.
Do the right thing Don and pay me what is owed to me. Stop pretending to be a lawyer, and please stop the sexual harrassment I had to suffer through. Nobody wants that behavior from you, especially a 15 year old brazillian girl.
My next option is to go to the Ct. State Attorney's office and the State of Connecticut Banking Commissioner's Office.
