Ripoff they told me i was going to get a credit card with 5000 credit limit

I was approached bby phone at&t i was asked to participant in the 5000 credit card deal, i was also enrolled in a program that offered discounts dental eyewear and stoore coupons. I never recieved a credit card this happened in august of 03. I will admit thaat i don't do good job of reconcilling my statement. I will pay close attention after this.
