I received a PayDay loan, and about a month after receiving the pay day loan. My bank account showed a check charge for $24.95 from a company called: Padlock Members Club. I have no idea who they are or how they got a hold to my account information and was able to send a transaction to my account.
When I contacted the Payday loan company that I received the loan through they were not aware of no such company, and said I could pull up my contract to see that they have not shared my information with any 3rd parties. The name of this company is no where on my account or my contract.
When I called the bank due to it being related to a Payday loan, they would not remove the charge without me closing my account and reopening another account I had my account over 5yrs and I have and use it for to many other bills to do that.
When I tried to call this company at: 1-877-807-8647. I only got a machine, after holding for about 6 to 7 min, it tells you to leave a message, then it immediately tells you the mailbox is full and you cannot leave a message. I also tried to send a email to the company and have not yet received a response.
