Breach of contract

In September of I entered into a contract with Market Masters Systems. I paid $5,495 and they guaranteed that at the end of the performance period of six months, if I had not made a profit, the fee would be refunded.

I lost money during the six months and requested that trading be terminated and that my $5,495 be refunded. They agreed, but stated that because of their financial situation, they would try to make monthly payments. I have received a total of $2,500, leaving a balance of $2,995 due me. The last payment received was in May.

I was receiving periodic e-mails from John Reese, who was attempting to keep me (and I am sure others) informed that things were improving and payments would start again. Having not received any e-mails or payments for several months, I sent e-mails to John Reese, but got no replies. On April 7 or 8, I sent an e-mail to Global Futures, who were doing the trading for Market Masters. I received a call from an official of Global Futures. He stated that his firm had stopped doing business with Market masters and believed that the SEC had shut them down.

If anyone who reads this has any new information, I would appreciate hearing from them.
