I too was ripped off by these people. I entered agreement in Oct and paid $5,995 for them to manage an IRA investment. They guarenteed to pay it back if the investment lost money.
The investment lost all the money in very few months. When I requested a refund, John Reese of the company said I had to wait till May. When that came, I called him again. He made some lame excuse, and said they would pay as soon as possible.
I only got one check weeks later for $500, and other than e-mails stating they were having problems. They had someone call and "suggest" I put another $6000 in their metals fund, and they would credit the $5995 they owed to that investment for me.
Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. I did not agree, and said I wanted my money back. Have heard nothing from them since!!!
