The company sold me on their market system ES Trader. They showed a very good three year prospective and promised a refund of the system if it did not show a profit over a six month period.
I paid them $4,995 for ES Trader system, and invested $5,000. Over the six month time I lost $2,700!! In June I requested my refund. They ageed that they would refund my money, but it would take longer than stated in contract.
It has now been seven months and I have received four checks of $500. Each. They still owe me $2,995, but have stopped returning my calls and their phone # no longer works!
