Wrongfully Accused

I'm writing to document a criticism against Chase Bank when it comes to the next:

1.incorrect and unprofessional providers that Pursuit bank supplied.

2. Obtained a nuisance telephone call from the teller Angela Araujo and an associate Supervisor Mallorie Muncy from Chase Bank Department in San Marcos.

3. Wrongfully accused my dad concerning the overpayment of $100.

4. Breaking our civil rights on opening my dadis bank account.

My dad moved fifty 20-dollar expenses, which whole $1000, to Pursuit bank in San Marcos California for trading five 100 dollar bills for me personally on April 2 around 11:00 A.M. Around 2:00 P.M., we obtained a telephone call from the teller named Angela Araujo, who helped my dad in the lender. Ms Araujo states that she overpaid my dad $100 earlier and would really like my dad to pay for it back.

I asked Ms Araujo how achieved it occur, and he or she explained that my dad desired to trade the expenses and he or she overpaid my dad throughout the deal. I talked with my dad regarding the problem. My dad claims that Ms Araujo measured the cash twice, before she passed the sum total of $1000 back again to him, that will be the right quantity.

I described the problem back again to Ms. Araujo. I advised her that my dad didn't speak fluent Language and that I want to represent my dad to consult with the supervisor. After 10 moments of waiting, no body replied.

Later that evening, the financial institution supervisor, Mallorie Muncy called me back. She explained three distinct variations of the tale. Edition 1, Ms Muncy states my father just offered $900 value of 20-dollar expenses and Ms. Araujo delivered $1000 value of 100 dollar expenses to my dad. Edition 2, Ms Muncy states my father just offered $900 value of 20-dollar expenses and Ms. Araujo delivered $1100 value of 100 dollar expenses to my dad. Edition 3, Ms Muncy states my father just offered $920 value of 20-dollar expenses and Ms. Araujo delivered $1100 value of 100 dollar expenses to my dad.

I suggested Ms. Muncy to examine the monitoring recording, and that I also required to look at the cut to show my dad is purity. The supervisor declined me to I would like to view the recording as well as stated that after they discover, they'll withhold $100 from my dad's consideration.

We were really upset following the telephone discussion with Ms Muncy. We experienced very insulted and humiliated as Ms Araujo dropped $100 buck plus they charged my dad getting the cash with no proof.

Listed here are my concerns and criticism:

1. Angela Araujo wasn't just helping my dad, Chung Tak Chui, on April 2. Why did she just contact my father and mentioned that she overpaid my dad?

2. Her tale isn't constant and contradicting plus they can't simply phone and stated that they overpaid my dad and need my dad to pay for $100 back again to them with no proof.

3. They're wrongfully blaming my dad concerning the overpayment of $100. If she says that she previously understood it when my dad was within the lender, subsequently can I inquire why Ms. Araujo and Ms. Muncy didn't quit my dad for that caution before his starting? Centered on their solution, Ms. Araujo currently understands that she overpaid my dad but he couldn't keep in touch with my dad as my dad currently quit the building. This isn't effective, plus they are destroying my dad's status using their allegations.

4. Being a teller, it's her obligation to count bucks statement properly before they place expenses to their cabinet plus they passed expenses towards the clients. They can't simply contact the clients for almost any type of issue; it's breaking our privacy and striking our assured within their client solutions. Not just that, they're also destroying my dad's status.

5. This kind of incorrect and absurd telephone call is nuisance. It's really unprofessional and we experienced very insulted and humiliated by their allegations.
