I used to use Northern Leasing services for 8 years and now have been charged $175 for alleged 'taxes and processing charges'. I have left 2 messages in their '24 hour' mailbox and have been on hold for over an hour only to eventually be disconnected. I agree... A class action lawsuit is necessary! Let's make it happen.
