Employees forced to "be nasty" and "get em."

I work for Afni and don't trust them. I worrried to death that I am a part of something horribly wrong. I have been told that I need to "be nastier with consumers" and to "push them to their limits" literally... From coaches. I watched and listened to a coach force some elderly lady into tears on the phone and then after the phone call, turn to me and say "... And it's THOSE type of people who drive me crazy; they are lying!"

There is SO MUCH I could let out about this company but am afraid at this point. I wish Chris Hansen from Dateline could help as something is very, very wrong here. Any advise would be appreciated.
