It's terrible to understand the hard way once you create a deal and you cost 1and 2 bucks for each time i employed the card now the total amount about the card is held hostage since you will charge a charge witch will be denide for lack of funds thanks for stealing my money and holding the remainder hostage today i can not close this account since the money is there and that i cannot utilize it i guarantee to publish this issue on complaints.com therefore everybody can see what'll happen if they find netspend it'll stop them in ther monitors thanks (this complaint was delivered to netspend so that as you can observe they are doing a deal cost each time you utilize the card for $ 1.00to $2.00 for each time you use this card and today i've $8.50 about the card that i can not utilize because easily purchase something they'll use a $2.00 fee and it'll be declined due to that cost therefore the money will be eaten up by netspend once they use a cost and gog just knows what that's going to become thanks for scanning this)
