I use to work with Menards. I quit 3 years of my entire life that I'll never return. This really is among the toughest companys to work with which is why.in the period that I worked there-my meal breaks were usually cut brief due to under-staffing. Our nights off were removed where I'd need to function 12 times in AROW for weeks at end. My loved ones and buddy existence was eliminated following the first-year. Our store supervisor Blackmailed me directly into my administration place since he did wish to look poor having a supervisor stepping-down to some carrie out simply to get free from his shop. Thats how poorly I needed out. I had been prepared to be considered a carrie out/cart pusher simply to abandon that shop. Which hurts incidentally. I am focusing on beginning a boycott against the Menards Mafia for there extortion, blackmail, scam & most of there illegally losing dangerous ash.
