Unable to reload account money after pay

I've handled netspend for nearly 4 years. I've platinum card along with a dark card witch i often no less then 500$ lots. Today, anything occurred formerly to create me question my cash and so I visited closest loader offered me a refill card (never noticed this before) they're declining to fill the cash unto the card. 3 hours afterwards THEY wont' I would like to talk to a boss and did not understand how several #s they'd on the card. I m' quit without any additional option but to jeopardize an attorney for my cash the things they questioned my s.S. No# however wouldn't provide me whole title the corporation does not send you any legitimate claims. Im' more then angry
