Real Estate Scam - Wants an $87 fee to give you what is free at home closing

This company, although it claims "this is not a government approved or authorized document" send these out and they sure do look official.in Georgia, as in most other states, gives you a property deed at closing, for free... Please contact your state attorney general, your local TV News Consumer Reporter, just do not pay this scammy fee...
