The emails below date back to last year, showing Francisco continually making excuses to he finally stopped responding to my emails. He is a crook and he STOLE money from my church.
Francisco. I did not get a response from you from my last email on 2/12.

I have literally been trying to get THE CHURCH'S money back from you and your Mortgage Brokerage Company, Dacia Capital, since September
Five (5) months later, they still do not have their refund. They are entitled to a refund since you were unable to secure mortgage financing for their new church building here in Philadelphia.
Since then, I have spoken to you several times. Pastor * has spoken to you at least one time. And we have a trail of emails, each time with you giving what amounts to an excuse for the funds not yet being returned to * church.
The last communication about this was February 1, when you stated that you dropped the overnight package at the FEDEX location but wasn't sure if it was picked up because of an arctic storm. You also said you would look into it and get back to me.
I haven't heard back from you since then.
Francisco, when can (THE CHURCH) expect to have their refund returned to them?

Sorry I finaly got the funds to send off today as a matter of fact. The $3,750 Payable to (THE CHURCH) is being sent off today. The other amount promised as a self imposed penalty will be sent on Tuesday the 1st. That amount is $1,250.00. I am sending it to the * address next day so probably Monday or Tuesday at the latest depending on when the Fedex man picks up today.

I wanted to give you the new status of the reimbursement. The company that I was working with has now stopped dealing with brokers of any kind all together. The only way to get financing with the majority of my old clients is on a direct basis. Since this decision has been made, they are refunding a lot of client's money and they are a bit delayed. I planned to use funds from a closing 2 Fridays ago to pay the (THE CHURCH) back.
We were unable to close on that day and the closing has now moved to the 29th. I am confident that I will get the money back early this week. I will keep you updated every single day this week since last week I was unable to due to a minor surgical procedure I had to have. I am so sorry for the inconvenience and I will be working diligently to make sure you get all of the churches money back.
