Here is a copy of the last email/fax I sent this company.
I am sick of writing to you and not getting any response.
I'm going to explain everything one more time. I am going to also FAX this to your new fax number. I just tried to call again, but this time instead of your line ringing, it is disconnected.
On October 21st, my wife placed an order on your site. She ordered (2) 256mb SDRAM chips.
Five minutes later, I tried to all your company to cancel the order. No one answered. I sent you a message asking to cancel the order.
The next day, I got a tracking number from you. I email back and tried to call again. NO LUCK.
A week later, I tried to call, and emailed. NOTHING.
I tried each week, but you never replied to answered your phone.
Last week, the tracking number you gave me says it was delivered. It was delivered in San Francisco. I live in Burbank, which is about 300 miles south of San Francisco.
I've contacted Paypal to get my money back. They are investigating.
Your owe me $40.00. I want it back.
