Simple Escapes charged my credit card $144.95 on Jan after my 11 yr old daughter was on her e-mail address clicked ignore on a pop up. I called talked with ijeoma employee #17037 at 7:30 am Monday morning was on hold over 1 1/2 hrs waiting for her to try and find out who I was my name, number; no zipcode showed up in her system.
I asked to talk to a super but she could not find one to help me!!! I gave her a call back # and fax # to contact me back. At 11:45 am same day I called back and talked to rick empl # 17038, explained what had happened and he laughed at me. Finally after 20 mintues he passed my call to ester the super on duty. What a joke; she explained that email address at blank which is what my 11 yr old daughter had clicked on a pop up and ok the charge. Help
I am not alone. I am ready to take what ever legal action I can tell me what to do!!! Please this happened on a holiday my bank was closed. I am stuck until next day who knows what more they will take out?
