Ripoff Fraudulent Late Charges, Statements received every 4 months, No live person to contact

I have been a customer of Newport News for years and used their credit card often. Once the credit company went bankrupt, my statements were received sporadically with late charges for the months I did not receive them. You cannot get ahold of a live person or an actual statement. If the company is bankrupt who is getting these funds and my balance never changes!
