I'm unsatisfied using their Site support - roomster.com. Our 1st time of e-mail delivered to them thr their Site never got reaction, their site not user friendly, and that I can't get assist in an acceptable period. Recently, 2/23, may be the last evening for that 2-week subscription I attempted to stop the membership, however they currently charged me a charge, $29.95 to get a complete month. Following day, 2/24, I obtain a reimbursement for that unauthorized cost, however they wouldn't return my income. I quit my bill available and didn't stop on 2/23, since I actually donot understand basically am still in a position to register their website and contact them for that reimbursement. The Roomster.com is just a really difficult Site and incredibly dishonest.
